"Jonathan Thweatt of Thweatt Construction Company began building a home for us in the early Fall of 2017 and completed it in 2018. He is very professional and courteous, and achieved our expectations, a very masterful Contractor. Our finished home exceeded even our vision with vaulted beaded ceilings, pine ship lap through out, granite, quartz. Beautiful ten foot tiled showers with state of the art hardware, hardwood floors and incredible screened in cypress porches. Jonathan even designed the custom screen doors. The ultimate compliment in the world we live in is we highly recommend him and his company personally, and most of all would definitely use his services again."

"Finding a builder we could really trust was very important to us. We interviewed several in our area and immediately knew Jonathan was the person that we would entrust to help us build our dream home. Working with him afforded my husband and me the Opportunity to build the EXACT house of our dreams. Jonathan was so helpful because he had several interesting and unique ideas: things that we would have never thought of such as a light switch for exterior of the house lights in our master bedroom in case we had safety issues in the night, and because we live so far out, a backup generator to ensure we are never without power. These are just a couple of things that Jonathan made us aware of that we have found very useful in our home. All the contractors (cabinet maker, plumbers, painters, bricklayers, ect.) were very helpful, patient and open to me as they were very fortunate to go to a job site everyday. Each person we came in contact with was very professional and very eager to make sure we were happy with how things were progressing. For us driving home everyday was like Christmas as we would see our dream coming to light. Question or going over budget (which was often) Jonathan would reassure me that it would be ok and he had our best interest at heart. He was very open to the why's and how come's. We have been in our home for 9 months and we are still in awe to the details and beauty of our home. Our experience reinforced that we were working with the best builder, and we would recommend (and have recommended) Thweatt Construction to anyone who is considering building a home."
